The Service History page contains the RO history.

1. A list of the dates, mileage, Advisors and RO numbers are displayed for the vehicle. Click on a particular date to see the details.
2. The data for the chosen RO is displayed.
3. The individual RO lines are listed with pricing if available. Complaint, cause and correction will be shown if available from the DMS.

The Maintenance Menu page lists any maintenance menu history from Advisor Check-In.

1. A list of the dates and odometer readings are displayed for all maintenance menus created for the vehicle. Click on a particular date to see the associated information.
2. The data for the chosen maintenance menu is displayed. As a good practice, review the last few for the vehicle and take note of the services previously declined.

Note: If there were major service items required, such as coolant or transmission exchanges, try to schedule them with the customer.

3. The individual Scheduled and Recommended Service lines are listed with hours and pricing.
4. The actual PDF for the maintenance menu can be downloaded or printed .

The Pre-Service Write-up page shows the Service Advisor any Advisor Check-In write-up information from previous visits.

1. The dates and mileage of the previous visits in which a pre-service write-up is available are displayed. Click on the date desired to display the write-up information.
2. Download or print a copy of the pre-service write-up.

The Inspection History page shows information from previous inspections in Technician Inspection, if enabled at the dealer.

1. Completed Technician Inspection inspections are listed (with odometer reading).
2. Click on the inspection desired. The information for the chosen inspection is displayed.
3. Click to view or print the inspection results and Advisor recommendations.

Note: As a good practice, review the last inspection’s recommendations. If they were not addressed in the RO history, try to schedule the services with the customer.
